It wasn't said how it was done. In any case, that's irrelevant, since Neji has already shown to be able to block sealed sources of chakra when he strike kidomaru and prevented him from using curse seal lvl 2. So Neji could seal of yin seal and prevent Sakura from using it.

Unlike the curse Mark the chakra contained in the yin seal is separate from the body. Much like a jinxhuriki. Both users already showed the ability to open it without handseals or molding chakra. And if it's open it repairs damage done to the body(I.e. the closing of tenketsu)

The only thing that might be speculation is the yin seal acting like the seals used to make jins but your counter argument holds no weight since the yin seal doesn't function like the curse mark.

In any case neji still doesn't have a viable counter to katsuyu.

But this guy had no automatic regeneration and Neji wasn't even aiming to his seal, he merely blocked his chakra points therefore he wasn't able to maintain his seal. Nice try tho.

...I just don't get it with you. Neither does Sakura without Byakugou. Neji is obviously going to deactivate her points before she can open it.

Lets use common sense here.

Neji has to get close to be effective in damage.. Sakura does not.

1 jump of Sakura = 10 or so jumps of Neji

1 punnch from Sakura can easily kill someone = 64 hits from Neji can hardly make sure sakura is in danger.... until she releases the seals.. and everything goes back to normal.


Any Neji fan who is trying to defend this, must either really believe he has a chance.. or just mad or being defensive because Sakura is superior to him.

Sakura can open it without using handseals so this isn't happening. Not to mention it would be nearly impossible for Neji to close to the distance taking into consideration Sakura's spammable AoE attacks.

Also in a human's body there are circa ~361 tenketsu points. Neji has to hit her several times in order to seal her chakra points. Even the likes of part1 Hinata and Naruto were able to fight after taking several dozens of pokes.

He needs to only engage Sakura in close range. When that happens, Gentle Fist will block all of her Chakra points rendering her weak. Katsuya wont even matter. Her internal organs gets killed and she dies.​

Also, for the "smartasses" saying that Neji can even survive the explosion from Sakura's punch to the ground, first go provide some scans that show he is as durable and hard skinned as the juubi clones.

1 punch to the clone sent it flying, along the way taking out many with him. what happens to neji with 1 punch to his torso? The dude will have no more ribs or a stomach that works.. no stomach = no chakra base to form chakra from.


PS: SAKURA HAS NO REASON TO GO CLOSE RANGE.... only person who has the reason to close range is Neji... and that is if he wants to get f*cked uppp..

Her size is irrelevant. Neji was attacking something the size of the Juubi's hand which far dwarfs Katsuya. Not to mention Neji's strikes are internal attacks. It wont do damage physically, but internally.
