Neji vs sai

Provided Sai can keep his distance it'll be a close fight. I think Neji high difficulty. Sai was in Anbu and is a competent ninja, Neji is just a great shinobi. His mastery of the gentle fist and the byakugan put him at an advantage over at least 90% of shinobi.

Hmm IMO i would have to give it to Sai. Neji is damn good, but there is something to be said about ANBU level. Don't forget Sai was Danzo's prized pupil, tasked with infiltrating Orochimaru's lair and assassinating Sasuke - he is clearly very competent. After all in the war he landed the final blow on Deidara and Sasori and basically sealed the entire 7 swordsmen of the mist.

a guy who uses byakugan vs a guy who uses ink creatures to attack somebody...if neji is fast enough in scaring sai n sai drops his drawing palette thingy then sai is screwed

so im goin go with sai as he can fly
and he can use long-distance attacks

Wrong section I think that sai would win because he is a long range fighter so neji would have to get close but neji might win as well.

and btw... i will give it to neji... as he can defend himself from all of sai's ink clones by using rotation... sai is trained as an assasin and a spy... but he may not be so good in actual combat as that of neji...
