This Sasuke is actually still a lot stronger. The Taka Sasuke that fought Bee was Ill and could barely use Amaterasu once.

This Sasuke isn't ill, can use Amaterasu multiple times, and has Enton. On that note though, Sasuke wrecks here. Sasuke at the beginning of Part 2 is a better match-up.

64 Palms? Chidori Nagashi negates all close combat chances for Neji. Neji's going to be forced to be constantly on the defensive for this battle.

Wut? Karin was actually in pain hence why sasuke quickly turned it off. It hit the samurais armor not the samurai himself so of course the samurai won't feel pain.
