Konan wins mid difficulty- neji is no match for an akatsuki

Konan wins both scenarios with zero difficulty. There is just no possible way a taijutsu user could beat someone like Konan. Konan can just use ranged attacks because it's not like Neji's palm rotation can last forever. He would eventually exhaust himself and Konan wins be default.
