ive been thinking for a while now and I know that Neji is a legit fighter and so is Kisame but who would win in a fight because to me they seen so equally powered but I think Neji could pull it off aginst kisame even though kisame almost took on killer bee and has that epic transformation but I think nejis attributes and raw power and brains would let him win I wanna see what yall think cuz to me this is a debate=D

Kisame has reflexes that allow him to compete and overpower V1 Bee and Base Gai in CQC with the latter not even requiring Samehada's absorption. Neji has no chance here as he's outclassed in something he specializes. Add in Kisame's Suiton and Neji doesn't have a shot at winning at all.
