The debate wasn't comparing the bolds lol. It was comparing a faster spin with full velocity Vs a slower/delayed spin that wasn't even completed fully. But yea my logic is 100% accurate and obvious , dont know why DrProof contested such a obvious real life notion. That scan baically confirms wat i've been hammering inside his head , that Rotation works like a spinning top as said in canon , so Faster spin = Stronger repelling force and longer duration.
