Also, just because he was able to get out the sand coffin doesn't mean that the Chakra won't hinder his movements as it was able to Change the trajectory of Kidomaru's super sonic arrow.[

However, Kimimaro is faster with Cs1 and he has a superior Taijutsu and he also has unorthodox fighting style which would easily fool the Byakugan so I agree that he'd beat Neji in CQC. however it is not going to be easy.

And Once he he be in Cs2 he would easily walk the Chakra shroud however his movements are slower, and his attacks are easier to evade, and he becomes an easier target for the Gentle Fist but he can still beat Neji imo with Bone Forest.

Rotation definitely isn't = to Gaara's Sand defense, Tenten was just fangirling. That said, I believe Kimimaro in CS2 should pierce through Rotation, after all it almost pierced through Gaara's strongest sand defense (the Shukaku shield). Bijuu enhanced defense >> normal chakra defense.

So Rotation shouldn't be a problem tbh. Bone Forest kills Neji, but I don't think Kimimaro even needs it here, and Kimimaro's ability to protrude bones from everywhere on his body stops Neji from making physical contact to perform Gentle Fist, so yeah. Mid diff.

SRA Gaara's Shukaku Shield>>CE Gaara Sand Shield=Neji's Rotation. So Rotation is ripped through with almost no resistance. If he's in CS1, Kimimaro just disengages him and engages him once he's done spinning. So him Rotating to dodge close combat attacks really doesn't help him at all here.

Kimimaro becoming slower doesn't translate to Neji being able With or without Bone Forest Neji gets beat. The best he can do is camp in his chakra shroud and/or use Rotation and fend off Kimimaro's attacks for as long as he can, which would be until Kimimaro gets tired and enters CS2 and runs him over.

''Healthy'' Kimimaro is a fan-made concept and doesn't exist, because you have to fanfic assume what he can do. Both of them are CQC fighters, and Neji murders him at that. You would have to be genuinely stupid to think Neji would lose to someone like Kimimaro in CQC, when according to Lee (Gate user) Neji was stronger at CQC than he was. Neji, by feats and portrayal, rapes him in CQC. Skeletal structure contain Chakra points, which means they are shut down by Gentle Fist, rendering Kimimaro from using his bones or Chakra. And rotation was blocking off Jubi's Mokuton spike> CM2 Kimimaro's bones > Shukaku's sand.

War Arc Neji at mid difficulty, probably lower. Make his form prior and there is a legit match.

No it is not irrelevant nor does it not make sense. The Chakra shroud has ability to track the opponents movements and being able to keep track of high speed movements allow to better react to it. It is exactly like how SM ability to sense movements boost the reaction speed.

Neji is at severe disadvantage here , the only way he can easily win is if Kimimaro fights him the same way he fought D/Lee. Nope. Sage Mode has danger sensing which puts it above regular sensing. What you are describing is just like normal sensing, except it's redundant because Neji can already see all around him. So once again, stop using this horrible logic. Neji using a chakra shroud doesn't let him react faster to objects he can already see. The reason why it helped him react is because the arrow was being fired in his blind spot. That is not debatable. Stated in the Manga.

Your entire argument is "Neji releases chakra to block him, but I agree that CS2 Kimimaro easily breaks through said chakra shield". Give me a break. Yes, Neji is easily defeated in CQC. -Air Palm's best feat is pushing Kisame away 5 meters. Kimimaro's physical might was tearing through Gaara's Sand and throwing him a similar distance. Do not compare the two. Air Palm is useless against Kimimaro's attacks.

Neji did spin against Naruto. He even figured the Rotation was his only method of survival. It's just KN0 Naruto stopped Neji's goofy ass. KN0 force > Rotation. So anything stronger than KN0 > Rotation for Pt.1 Neji & Pt.2 Neji up until (presumably) the Jubi tailed deflection.
