Neji vs Kimimaro

Who wins? This is HEALTHY Kimimaro. As we all know, Kimimaro who literally had less than 5% of health almost killed Kid Gaara and Kid Lee and also pwned Kyuubi Naruto in base form. Now, let's make this PART 2 Neji (whom is superior to everybody previously mentioned), would he be enough to take down Kimimaro?

5% is seriously stretching it. Kimmimaro just has to be as strong as he against gaara and Lee,
without dying in the middle, to take on Neji. They start off in CQC. Any attacks by Kimmi get
blocked by rotation, and every time Neji tries to do 64 palms, bones will sprout out that will give
Kimmi enough time to jump away. Air palm gets dodged without a problem, and even if Kimmi
gets hit, he tanks with no diff. Once he realizes CQC may not be enough he will use bone forest. To
which Neji has no counter, and he gets stabs in the butt. As we have seen in manga, wood kills Nejis.
So a bone that goes straight through Neji will kill him easily.
