Good match but I'd probably go with kimimaro, neji would have to be careful of touching kimimaro's body if he would attempt to use 64 palms considering kimimaro can sprout bones from his body which would harm neji.

Channel chakra to shut down organs or simply stop his heart with a touch. Kimmi is better but it all depends if Kimmi sleeps on the gentle fist or decides to end it fast.

It's not "diamond hard" at ll, and has never been hinted/stated to be. It is as hard as steel allowing him to change the density to his liking. Gentle fist does not rely on brute strength nor does it care for it. Kimmi first of all wouldn't know that a single touch is enough, kimmi also wouldn't know that Neji can

Lee never touched him after that though? And I never said it will hit him (it's a defensive move). If the attempts to use Jūken, bones stop him. From there, any kind of bone will kill him.

His bones are manipulated with chakra, it's not chakra itself. He stated that he manipulates his cells with chakra, like Tsunade uses her Byakugō to manipulate hers. That's a completely different story [

With in a second Your entire body is pinpointed Accurately with precise attacks even when you are moving and moved from every strike! Neji is moving So fast that he see's where and when to strike before you even realized he strikes you! His body is moving So fast from head to toe that you do not even see him move 32 times in different positions! Moral of the story You cannot stop what cannot be stopped!
