Making a 3 man match is complicated.

Kiba is the strongest tho. His cerberus shits on Neji from the beggining. Then Sai takes flight and overwhelms Kiba from long distance. I don't think Kiba's Garoga raches that high.

So Sai wins. Being the weakest of them.

Remember it starts at 10 metres. So it would likely be a hand to hand combat from the very start, not sure Kiba can perform his cerberus in so little time the others two don't reach him

10m means neji will blitz and cripple kiba without any reaction while he simultaneously handles sai via air palm before he can fly away..

Seein as neji is by far tge main cqc threat in this and 10m is too close for a guy like him vs a guy like kiba and sai is not doin much of anyting without air-tactics the guy got outpaced in cqc by weaker cloud nins and base naruto who is tiers below neji in the area of taijutsu, even if he gets airborn his jutsu can be busted by simply air palms neji can simply outlast him as he has no way to end neji or force him to burn more chakra than him.

At 10 metres, Sai gets knocked out first, being slower than the other two. Whether it'll be Kiba's garoga or Neji's Air palm/64 palms

Then it'll be Neji vs Kiba.....Neji probably wins due to being slightly faster than Kiba since the 3-headed cerburus does have a bit of prep time.

Sai wins this. I've already anallized this matchup, if he takes flight he's absolutely safe. Kiba ends Neji with cerberus, which rotation halt's neji's, and then Sais procceds to beat Kiba
