Hard to say, Kankouro can't hide from Neji but now that Kankouro has Puppet Sasori than again, Neji's Kaiten would probably deflect all the attacks and could just go towards Kankouro. So I'll go with Neji but it's like 51%-49% since we don't know the extent of their new skills

yeah I'd go with neji jus because he can cut the strings and if kankurou tries to fool with the puppet switch, he'll which ones the real kankurou

kankurou may have sasori but I don't think it's impossible to defeat
