1- Show me taijutsu feats from Neji that would put him on the same tier as Kakashi's taijutsu which is one of the best seen in the manga. Kakashi's foot speed and striking speed is high enough to keep up with 4 v2 jins at the same time. Neji got caught by white zetsu even having almost 360 degrees field vision. Kakashi outspeeds him badly. And no way Neji is taking out kakashi with his featless overrated gentle fist if Kakashi already showed his sharingan pre-cog abilities to be able to keep up with the likes of Obito. Smh.

2- if you think neji can just keep using rotation without dying from exhaustion. Kakashi's clone feints (which are ninjutsu) are lot better than Kisame's, and Kisame outsmarted Neji, Kakashi would totally trick Neji wiht a clone feint making rotation a waste of chakra. If Neji kills one of Kakashi's lightining clones he gets paralyzed by the lightining as happened to pain.

3- Kakashi's speed is al least one tier above neji's. Neji's hand speed is no way faster than kakashi's lmao. Kakashi outspeeds neji easely

4- He could still see Kisame's clone and got caught anyways
