Neji vs Itachi

Neji is the strongest Hyuuga from before Boruto right. We seen his tai justus and everything but he didn't reach his full potential.

Itachi is the 2nd strongest Uchiha that didn't need Senju powerups or any powerups in general. He didn't reach his full potential. Also, idk if he died because of a disease or because he used all his chakra facing Sasuke.

I think from Sasuke 5 page summit we saw a byakugan seeing through genjutsu, so Im inferring that Neji can see through Itachi's genjutsu so Itachi would use Susanoo and ninjutsu.

Based off Neji's battles with ninjutsu and what we saw with Kaguya hitting a fully powered susanoo using a byakugan technique, who do you think will win between Neji and Itatchi.
Im going with Itachi high diff because his ninjutsu would beat Neji, but Neji's taijutsu could possibly destroy Itachi

Tbh they won't unless their physical abilities far surpass that of their enemy's or unless they have powerful mid to long range techs like Hiashi.

In addition, genjutsu is a Yin ability and Hamura had the stronger Yin affinity than Hagoromo, based on that Hyuga should have a natural ability to see through genjutsu just as much if not better than the Uchiha.
