Neji has no counter for his demonic illusion that even traped a genjutsu-type like Sakura who was capable to break a A-rank genjutsu from Kabuto in part1. Besides, Kakashi is too much versatile for Neji to stand a chance. I can easily see him using clone feints or long range suiton or raiton ninjutsus to find opening in Neji's rotation that he can't even keep up for more than 2seconds each, ending with a piercing attack like how he actually died in the manga

No shit. That's how shadow clone jutsu works. It divides chakra evenly. No exceptions.

Just that Kakashi isn't doing that. Naruto divided his chakra evenly there because his main move was shadow clone at that point. Kakashi would need more than that to take Neji down. That's not even the point. Kakashi already said he used half of his chakra with just one. That would drain his chakra even more.

bad comparison. From what we know kakashi didn't lose (with or without his sharingan) while young. Sasuke was stomped by lee, and naruto(caught him off guard) who were going easy on him. Heck he was still a genin when kakashi was a jounin, fighting joinin.

No, he can't. We already established this. Even if the real kakashi attacks while the clone hides, or the clone attacks while the real hides(or sits out in the open, really doesn't matter) he has no way to tell which is which. He can guess like he did against naruto back in part 1,(assuming the clone the farthest away was the real one) but even part 1 naruto punished him for that,(since the one farthest away was a clone) forcing him to fall back to rotation.

No. Once he sees a clone trying to fool him(because he can obviously see there are 2 kakashi's), he can use Air palm or simply react which won't be a problem since he knows the weakness of rotation. Young Neji was able to react to a lot of clones despite being heavily outnumbered and you think One clone would hit him?

-PT1 Neji was able to dodge fast moving arrows despite not knowing where they were coming from
-PT1 was able to react to so many clones despite being outnumbered.
-PT1 was obviously able to react and defeat an extremely fast Lee(without gates) since they special in taijutsu

Part 2 Neji is obviously superior. Like I said, he has a 4.5 in Taijutsu which involves that so it's clear he's superior to Kakashi in that department.

kidomaru only knew about the style,(and his info on the style was flawed) he knew nothing else. Everything else he found out(secret behind rotation, neji's range, neji's blind spot) was learned mid match. you can see it could push a whole kisame and had Gai and Lee jumping up. So basically, if it attacks from above. Vacuum palm pushes it away.

As for the water vortex, It's safe to say Neji rotates and Kakashi can't just attack him straight after cuz Kakashi would have to time it perfectly and the water being pushed back would hinder Kakashi from attacking straight after. Funny thing is Neji won't be standing and looking at Kakashi when we both know he specializes in Taijutsu. He would cover the distance and rush Kakashi. Let's not act like neji is up against Kidomaru.

Here's where your wrong. Kakashi's clones have already shown the capacity to use his chakra taxing techniques(raikiri) so for a clone to use a lesser technique(water shark, water wall) it shouldn't be a problem.

Unless you can prove to me with Manga facts where it says raikiri is more chakra taxing than these techniques, don't even bother. and how many raikiri's did his clown use?..You can't make assumptions like that.

Air Palm from what we know can't be performed back to back(or spammed), if it could neji would have just used air Palm to protect hinata(instead of throwing his life away), hinata would have continued using air Palm to protect naruto(instead of attempting to throw her life away) and their uncle/father wouldn't have have commented on air Palm not being fast enough.

Another problem with your idea is that he can't use it to protect all sides(like rotation does) since he's only shown the ability to use one hand at a time(two hands would be double wall Palm, an ability only his uncle has shown to do by himself.)

that's not the reason why he's coming from the ground. The base of rotation doesn't carve deep into the ground so attacking from there would be the easiest way to get close to neji while bypassing rotation.
