My understanding of Neji's physical feats is limited. If he in fact is on par or close to Kakashi's speed then his Byakugan combined with his household techniques babyshake.

Well he was beating the life out of base Lee and most likely countered 1st gate Lee, so that's how his speed goes.

They do, but they're decently chakra consuming from what I recall. Anyways, air palm should take care of them and keep neji safe.

I believe Kakashi stated that using it "exhausted over half his chakra." At the very least it takes half his chakra. Him using a technique like that is risky and even so Neji can clear it with a Hakke Kusho from a distance to avoid taking damage.

But that's implying Neji doesn't side step it, let alone gets electrocuted by the Raiton Bunshin. 30% Kisame couldn't do anything about the air palm while on water, Kakashi's Raiton Bunshin suffers the same fate and disperses for literally nothing. Then any raiton infused kunai is laughed at.

Lol Neji uses vacuum palm on the clone which sends it flying. If not, Rotation definitely handles that clone. we can see here

Neji dodged thousands of spiders and multitudes of high-velocity arrows being shot at him, so what makes you think a kunai inferior in speed is fast enough to catch Neji (who has 359 degree vision) off guard?

where are the 1000 jutsu at?

The 1000 jutsu are possibly comic relief jutsu like thousand years of death. Most of Kakashi's canon jutsu worked along with sharingan. Now that sharingan is gone, Kakashi is a strong jonin level character only. Neji can probably see through all of Kakashi's jutsu (Neji has better reaction time with byakugan, can see through objects , can see chakra points in body, near 360 degree vision). Kakashi will have hard time landing a hit on Neji (Neji can block most of Kakashi's attacks with rotation). Air Palm can also work (i don't use Air Palm bcoz i don't like that jutsu)

But yeah, Kakashi has become too weak to beat Neji without sharingan. Neji can with very high difficulty. I hate the hyuga for being weak but Neji is certainly stronger than Hinata
