Sasuke wins low-mid diff. Why? I highly doubt that Neji will be able to even hit Sasuke with any palms period. People forget that the Sharingan can read what their opponent will do next and plus knowing Sasuke's speed and smart's, its highly unlikely that Neji will even be able to touch him with a gentle palm.

The scores are just unenhanced. They dont take Shunshin into account or any other ability that boosts abilities. Thats why Naruto had a lower speed rating than Haku.

I agree that DB is usually inaccurate, theres a reason why its secondary canon and not canon. It should be used to back up arguments, not create them.
