But on-topic, Neji conceded to Naruto's ideology and likely respect the fact that Hizashi's death was caused by the fact that it was Hizashi's choice to sacrifice himself for Hiashi. I don't think Neji held any grudge towards the Raikage at all. His grudge initially was towards the main branch because he initially believed they sacrificed Hizashi to protect Hiashi.
