Dude. Shikamaru, Neji, and Shino are a beast combo. With Shikamaru's plans and his shadows, Neji and Shino's powers. Done. Lee would be the mane problem with the eight gates. If they could stop him quickly (and with Shika's brain I think they could. Probably something to do with Shino's bugs) then its over.

Shino can take take on kankuro and Sai if you ask me . his bugs > puppets and ink . i dont see him doing it on his own or easy in any way tho .

also shadow possession might be able to render lee useless .. and neji has always beatin lee before, i dont think hes better necessarily, but he always comes out on top over lee for some reason .

Stop, wait.....what?? Neji>Lee?? Neji fear Lee when he goes Gates....He can't stop his chakra points if their being forced open.....not to mention Lee's speed....Neji's byakugan can't keep up or track movement....:scorps:

shikamaru and shino are good long range fighters so they could attack long range and use neji as a defensive fort. seeing nejis byakugan, no sneak attacks would work so....yh team 1 wins......never really was a challenge

No sneak attacks would work?? Kankuro leads the ambush squad for a reason....You can't see ink and it doesn't hold chakra (that we know of), so their main focus would be Lee....once he's takes off the weights....then goes gates....who's gonna be able to keep track of him, not the Byakugan...it can't track chakra....can't stop it once it's being forced out....
