in episode 126 of Naruto (non-shippuden) when Gaara are fighting Kimimaro

Naruto runs after Sasuke and into a dark cave and Naruto says he can't see anything... but then he sees a vision of Neji who says; "You have better/greater eyes than me"

what's that supposed to mean ? tried to find it in the manga but i can't... but it shouldn't be filler?

anyone knows what this means?
