why is it unlikely we have seen ghosts so to speak in minato and kushina so spirits arent impossible to see

IMO i think this could be very possible since I.T is in the mind we have seen minato and kushina appear inside Naruto to give him help.

So its not a stretch that Neji who sacrificed his life for Naruto and Hinata would come to her in her dreamstate to help guide her.

We've seen Hagoromo as a spirit talked to Naruto, and how the spirit migrated, so if that's the case, then the same thing would apply to Neji

Signifying a strong connection between Naruto and Hinata that no one else has. And a possibility that a much more powerful connection between both will occur in the near future. That doesn't give excuse to say only God can physically become spirit and met Naruto on the verge of death countless of times especially we learned that every generation the spirit migrated into the successor yet they're not even god.

Look at Asuma, he tapped over Shikamaru shoulder with some dialogue when shika about to finish off Hidan. The same thing goes to Jiraiya.

Pretty sure anything is possible at this point of time, knowing Kishi, there will always be plot

That doesn't matter, like I said why would the author bother making a heavy dialogue if it doesn't serve any purpose.

Even with Hinata able to stand up and Naruto heard Hinata that doesn't change anything since Hinata remains being unconscious trapped under Infinite Tsukoyomi in the End.

Like I said if she able to stand up and fight, then everything what she said about neji is meaningless.

Also it definitely have strong connection between Naruto and Hinata, that's why Neji would appear because Naruto will be in danger either he's struggle with against madara/kaguya or caught under Infinite Tsukoymi fallen into despair in which Neji will come out and save him.

Maybe the Byakugan will play a important role and make its way back into the story. It is the eyes of Kaguya after all, so that could be something to pay attention to.
