Many people assumed and predicted that Hinata in this latest chapter was the only one conscious when she was caught under Infinite Tsukoymi foreshadowing she could break out. Other believe when Naruto responded right after Hinata spurted "Naruto-Kun" it associate with Shipping Pairing while other think Naruto concerns with Shinobi Alliance that was caught under Infinite Tsukoymi.
However I think this panel also depicted other possibilities which has something to do with the future event with Unconscious Hinata praying/Pleaded Neji comeback ( As a Spirit) something to do with the Infinite Tsukuyomi to protect Naruto.
Most people would like to come up with the BS statement that Hinata didn't know what to do so she prayed the dead or pray him in heaven at the time like this, it would make no sense because if that's the case, why would Kishi randomly make the most pivotal centered dialogue if it doesn't serve any purpose to the plot?
Furthermore, any plot that has been shown depicted with any possibilities would always occurred to story such as Gai going 8th gate, or when Hashirama told sasuke that he might save Madara without harming him which concludes to TNJ.
The fact that Hinata has fallen under Genjutsu still remain unconscious just like when she pray Neji means it definitely has some strong connection that has been depicted between these two panels which further building up the plot.
Because if she's okay, resisting genjutsu, while fighting and helping naruto, everything that Hinata said were for nothing as if nothing happens.
So I think Hinata would meet up Neji in the Infinite Tsukyomi and somehow leading up to him as a spirit saving Naruto in the physical world.
