Nagato has superhuman strength, when he hits the floor it breaks. Neji requires ninjutsu to even compete, and Itachi is pretty good, but againt Nagato has superhuman strength, at least his Paths do.

Nagato can break the floor when he hits the ground so now all of the sudden he's Chuck Norris? Even Hinata can do that and she isn't even known for her strength.Maybe you think Sakura can take Neji and Itachi in a taijutsu fight too, lmao.

Neji without a doubt, he is mostly taijutsu based. With the byakugan it would be hard to surprise attack him, he can predict people's action with his sharigan(Kakashi said this "when it comes to insight, it surpasses the sharingan") Plus he is incredibly intelligent and observant just like itachi. I find that nagato relies more of brute force then actually intelligence like itachi does.

Superhuman strength is useless if you can't hit your opponent! Neji is a master of his chakra and of taijutsu.. EVEN more so that Hinata..
