People underestimate Shikotsumyaku as well.. It's basically anti Taijutsu.

Both are Taijutsu users, but Kimimaro has the bone KKG which I feel like Neji couldn't get around to land any meaningful blows. And once Neji got close to use his techniques, Kimimaro would be all over him with that spine... sword... thing. I'd give it to Kimimaro with high difficulty.

Kimimaro, his abilities are too great and his KKG is one of the best, better than 3T sharingan in my oppinion. Neji hasn't a chance.

Chakra points cannot be touched; Shikotsumyaku assures no CQC against Kimimaro will be effective externally or internally.

not really, Byakugan can easily counter it or the 3-tamoe mastered Sharingan. Though i do agree people underestimate it , its good against people like Gaara who aren't skilled in Taijutsu. Or someone like Lee who solely relies on Taijutsu.

Byakugan enables Neji to see the bones coming out of the body, and noone is better then Neji from K11 when it comes to sharp reflexes using the eye. Byakugan is underestimated as much also.
