Anyway this is how i see regarding to a battle between 2 of these sides in terms of matchups:

Lee>>>Jirobu
Lee>>Kidomaru
Kimimaro>Lee

Neji>>Jirobou
Neji>>Kidomaru

Location being open wide field does not help Kidomaru's battle style, Lee can Break earth dome and anyone barring Kimimaro's taijutsu is severy inferior to Team 1 seeing how they get owned by Sasuke wo sharingan's basic taijutsu. This is a problem for Jirobu; he is someone who relies on physica strength and close range but that ie much more of Lee/Neji's forte. This maybe would not be problem for Kidomaru if he had places to hide&flee like in forrest; but in an open field like this he can't do such; his set up&launch tactic won't be useful here because of lack of useful places to do such. His webs can be broken by gentle fist for obvious reasons and pretty sure gated Lee can apply enough force to do so. Besides nothing in Team 2's arsenal can keep up with gated Lee in terms of perception and technique; and nothing can defend from barring Kimimaro's bones; but Neji is the rightful matchup for Kimimaro so it does not matter. With manga Intel Lee knows physical attacks won't work on Kimimaro thus lead the gentle fist user to him.

Team 1 high diff, despite numbers they have advantages in matchups barring Lee vs Kimimaro.

Kimimaro would solo easily if neji wasn't here.

Neji can easily take on Lee. Seeing as Neji isn't as fast(foot speed) as lee or kimimaro, he can't really intercept kimimaro going after lee especially considering kidomaru and jirobo would be on neji's back.

Once kimimaro takes care of Lee, He simply does Dance of the seedling fern to change up the battle field into a bone forest. Kidomaru can then proceed to hide and snipe at neji while kimimaro takes pot shots with Finger bullets. Neji would eventually go down.
