Team 2's chances of winning lower drastically if Zabuza is taken out before he sets up Hidden Mist (of course, their chances of winning are low to nonexistent since 8th - 6th Gates aren't restricted). Even with it up, Neji could still possibly detect Kisame and Chojuro thanks to Byakugan, Guy and Lee both have the reflexes to react to Team 2's attacks in the mist, and both can blow some (if not all) of the Mist away with a 6th Gate release, and then take them out during that opening with Asa Kujaku.

Speaking of which, Asa Kujaku can also get rid of the Mist, due to it being hot enough to evaporate a tidal wave of water sharks and powerful enough to repel acid gas from bijuu. Either way, once the Mist is gone, Guy takes out Kisame with either Asa Kujaku or Hirudora as per canon, while Lee speedblitzes Zabuza and Neji takes out Chojuro, who is largely a non-factor in this match.
