LOOL you said he lost to white zetsu ahaha, that was for plot no jutsu purposes only. That scene had to be done so that zetsu neji could attack the medics that's the only reason why kishi made him get caught. Also there was many of them and he was off guard no way did he lose

Unless you want to tell me, zetsu solo'd oonoki, mei, sasuke etc..

Zetsu captures people off guard with his abilities and numbers that's what he does. Being caught doesn't mean he beat you, neji actually got white zetsu off him quicker then any of these people. Sasuke let zetsu stay on him because he felt his chakra returning

Neji is pretty strong, a high jounin level ninja IMO but he is far from kage level. I think there are at least 30 ninjas in this manga that are at low kage level or higher so no, Neji is comparatively speaking, not that strong.
