This is basically a fanboy thread. Though I do think Neji has yet to show us his true potential and hasn't been given a lot of screen time...good screen time.. Naruto in general has become a degraded anime

i would like to see more of people's abilities and fights like they did in naruto in naruto shippuden it was better since the fights were more powerful but they didn't show as much character development as in naruto

Neji wouldnt have had time to take it on anyway because this technique will reaches the ground in 1/1000th of a second, which is faster than sound. It also takes low impact of chakra, so after that he can just use susanoo to overkill.

the byakugan see's everything so neji would be able to see sasuke deveeloping kirin and heavenly rotation can block that it just depends on how much chakra rotation is put into it.
