What do you think about Neji with Sasuke and Naruto in same team. How would those 3 tolerate each other ? Would we have more Byakugan development ? Would Sasuke and Neji compete against each other with their dojutsus ?

You might as well call them team Otsutsuki.
Sasuke : Strongest mid range attacks
Naruto : Strongest long range attacks
Neji : Strongest short range attacks

What long range attack does Naruto have?
Ot: Neji doesn't have what it takes to replace Sakura's brains and genjutsu knowhow of team 7.
Also He would be much weaker, Gai over trained them
