It's a tough one Yamato has the advantage but Neji's long range jutsu can take down wood..

Yamato because neji is not as strong as he is yamato has more experience and I think in this case it would be experience over power ex:Muhammad Ali vs George Foreman.And neji dont seem so strong compare to naruto and those guys he is just ok.(need to give the hyugas some more show time.)
