Pretty much just replace Hinata's name with Neji's. With this distance Temari can still quickly get away and begin barraging with wind scythe attacks. Involving Kaiten, however, even if it would counter Temari's attacks Neji can't keep it up forever. Temari has shown the ability to use her most powerful attacks without seeming fatigued, suggesting she can do them quite easily again. Temari can force Neji to constantly be on the defensive, as such burning through his chakra.

The only way I can see Neji winning this is if he's able to get to Temari from the start.

i knew that she could do this technique. However, she requires a summoning and the distance is only 20 mitres. Part 2 neji's air palm could shatter rocks. She won't be able to summon before neji hits her with an air palm that she'll be as good as useless in defending against it.

This is funny. People actually think that Temari stands a chance. Neji is way stronger than Hinata so using ABC logic is shallow.

Neji has a 4.5 in speed and Taijutsu. Temari has 2.5 in Taijutsu and a 3 in speed. This is a clear disadvantage for Temari.
She will not evade his continuous palm strikes that shut down chakra system. Once her chakra points are shut down then she will have no way of using her ninjutsu. If Temari uses her Fuuton long ranged attacks then Neji will either evade or use rotation. Neji also has air palm which can be used for a mid-long ranged attacks. Temari has no way of winning. Her best shot is to use her summoning, but even that will be shot by air palm.

NOt that it matters. Neji's rotation expels chakra from his body which stops the incoming attack with force..up until now not one attack have broken through rotation defence. I still didn't see how she will tank air palm though.

neji only requires to use air palm when she attacks using her wind,which also requires her to use chakra. Part 1 neji against kidomaru did rotation many many times that kidomaru resulted in blocking them instead of waiting for him to run out of chakra. Air palm speed>>>>>>>>>>>>shadow restrain jutsu speed, this should be obvious.early part 2 neji was able to see all the tags at the akatsuki hideout that were (if I recall correctly) more than 2 kilometers apart.

From that distance and with his decent speed, i think Neji has a chance to pull off a win.
But Temari is aware of his fighting style and rotation won't last forever, so i give this to Temari more times than not. The advantage is too great and they're both very clever, so i don't see neither being tricked.
