Interesting location, it would help Neji to some extent but Kitsuchi can still locate Neji and doesn't need to know his precise location to finish him off with earth mountain sandwich. Due to being a long ranged fighter who can move the earth and should be able to use rock clones as well as go underground, Kitsuchi can keep his distance just fine.
