this was out of shape alcoholic tsunade to be fair this isn't the same Tsunade that did well vs. Madara

scenario 2 has never been said and its the teamwork of whoever their partner is who can change the match up depending on if they can pull off a good combination or if their styles work against each other like for instance Kisame & Sasori
