Im guessing this is Pre-Rikudo's Blessing Naruto. Even with just Sennin Mode, he solos with ease.

Neji's Kaiten is no match for the higher level variants of Rasengan. Kaiten and Rasengan even have the same principle in how their formed, just Rasengan has extra complexity to create a more destructive force with less expended chakra.

Naruto's training in Gama Kumite will allow him to handle Neji in hand to hand combat. Not taking away from Neji's obvious superiority in the area of skill but with Naruto advance Senjutsu strength, Neji can't block on he's going to have broken limbs.

Sai's flight is a non factor when taking Kuchiyose into consideration and their jumping ability.​

sakura can tank the air palm/gentle fist.
we know this because in general, the gentle fist damages organs. it only targets the chakra network with 64 palms. sakuras knowledge of this would force her to summon the slug.
also given her hyping herself of being on kcm narutos level, i assume that includes speed.
so sakura could potentially speedblitz.
