Neji can beat konan by shredding her paper with rotations and can knock them off himself with full body blow.

Neji should be able to deduce tobi's kamui by observing the vanishing tenketsu anytime he decides to send a specific body part to kamui land..
by doing this he can anticipate tobi when he materializes and defend himself..

Petra Path showed this. It absorbed Naruto's ninjutsu with ease but when he try to absorb chakra directly from Naruto, thats when he took in too much of natural energy from his body.

Kisame would be able to take a hakke kusho from Neji at this level, he survived a Hirudora and the Hakke Kusho might not even be at the same level of the Hirudora.

He beats Hidan Low Diff. He may not be able to kill him, but with Gental Fist he can destoy his body and incapacitate him. Since you gave him the Kyuubi Cloak, his Air Palm would be insane. Something that pushed Hinata's Single Air Palm to the Level of Hiashi's Double Air Palm. Neji's while Cloaked would be even more powerful. He could also use 64 palms, which he claimed would render you unable to stand (Though Naruto had the Kyuubi to bypass that.) Most of this will come easy because of how much faster he will be than Hidan in terms of Body Speed/Shunshin and reactions. Couple that with the Byakugan and the fact that hes one of the best Taijutsu users in the manga. He destroys Hidan.

He can beat Sasori as well. Hiruko is crap infront of this Neji. Neji easily dodges all of Hiruko's traps and barrages. His Air Palm destroys Hiruko. Once his real body comes out, its pretty much GG. The Byakugan will allow Neji to see Sasori's heart, then Neji will destroy it with an air palm. Something Sasori can't prevent because of the massive speed difference (by scaling anyway.) Rotation pretty much prevents any sort of weapon attacks from working, whether it be from earlier in the fight with Hiruko or with Dance of 100 Puppets.

Neji gets destroyed by Kisame. Samehada is Neji's worst nightmare, all of Neji's gentle fist attacks just feed it chakra. Like normal chakra strikes and Rotation. Samehada can also just eat the cloak and take the buff away out right. Fusing with Samehada and using Water Dome is overkill. As is Daikodan or Dance of 1000 Sharks.

He loses to Itachi as well. Neji may be able to dodge Amaterasu with the use of the Byakugan and the boost in Shunshin speed. Or even use Rotation. Genjutsu antics provide a set up for Genjutsuception. Neji will get put under a Genjutsu, which will disorentiate him will breaking it. Setting him up for a surprise Tsukiyomi. V4 Susano'O with it Totsuka Blade seals Neji up as well, while Neji has nothing that can get by Yata.

Not really sure how I feel about Kakuzu or Deidara. He can probably beat the later, again, mostly due to buffed air palm spam. Just as Europa predicted.

He obviously gets wrecked by Nagato for obvious reasons. And Konan's 500 billion paper bomb tech wrecks.

Im pretty sure that cloak isn't that strong of a defense... Although now that I think about it combine that with rotation which will weaken just about everything and its pretty hard to penetrate, However Kakuzu's jutsu's got the speed to beat him along with the special affects of the jutsu's he wields

Sasori dies after hiruko is smashed and his heart destroyed,take into account the speed which bsm gives.
he will not hav the luxury of pulling out scrolls for anything.

Diedara gets killed before he goes air born with a blitz.In this case deidara is gonna get punished in CQC by a BSM powered hyuga..

Right, so Kisame taking Neji's chakra gown directly will would be more then the amount of ninjutsu, so he might end up taking too much.

Any Suiton used is as useless against Neji has he is able to nullify it with chakra precision. He canonically disabled water prison. A BSM power up should be able to disable the dome, theoretically. But Daikodan would be the only problem here.

Amaterasu doesn't need to be evaded as the BSM gown is going to block the flames anyway. Genjutsu is useless as he just needs to close his eye and rely on Bakugan vision.

It disproves your claim that senjutsu chakra isn't channeled with the cloak, considering it ate through Sasuke's Susanoo the first time, then later an augment senjutsu chakra nullifies it from happening again. So regardless of how you want to beat around your claim, doesn't change the fact that the cloak hold sage energy.

That was Naruto's cloak wasn't it :| I don't recall any of the fodders coaks blocking any TBB's?

Kakuzu's Katon can travel under the rotation, His fuuton can turn its driving force of defense into its weakness (Distributing force from one side to the other) and his raiton can spring before he has time to react, Although I guess Byakugan renders that plan moot possibly.



Once Deidara see's his opponent has range he's not going to be going any where near them as he thought he did with Sasuke had he not been trolled by a sword sticking out of the ground lol and a C1 explosion should halt the force from Neji's air palm... Should they collide
