Neji was stated to have surpassed hiashi at the start of P2,hiashi can knock back a juubi tail with ease..

A powered up neji will Air wall kisame sending him flying away from his sword,then neji usin his increased speed to close the distance and finish kisame with 64 palm..

Then using byakugan to keep tabs on samehada,keeping it from reviving kisame with air palms just for the lulz.

Only if kisame gets to swing before the powered up hyuga could do a swift palm strike...which is unlikely as air wall is a fast palm strike which compresses the air in a instant..
This cant be compaired to a fire ball.

BSM powered neji would be much faster than lee lol kisame dies a bad death once he is disarmed.

] Bee's cloak is absorbed. I have never seen it bleed or its bones? Its a sentient sword. We have only see a human body turn to stone from absorbing senjustu, probably because it simply cannot handle those level of natural energy but Kisame and Samehada are hardly human especially Samehada.

Kisame would be able to take a hakke kusho from Neji at this level, he survived a Hirudora and the Hakke Kusho might not even be at the same level of the Hirudora.
