To all the byakugan user in the whole naruto series, neji is the only capable of 360 degrees it's like kagura's bakugan, what if just like the sharringan 3 tome if you would able to 360 your bakugan you can unlock its next lvl just like the sharringan ms. Sharringan can unlock ms when they've seen people close to them die's or traumatic experience. Let's say this is yin(the sharringan)
To bakugan it's different they can unlock their power when they itself died (yang) completely different to otsutsiki clan their power. I'm bad at explaining but what you guys think?
