Yes but during most battle, her byakugan was off, whenever she awakened her dojutsu she deactivate few second later and this happens everytime as if she couldn't withstand using it.

Their Byakugan are equal. Kaguya didn't see/mind Sakura because it's already been mentioned she has no regard for weaker beings and she was heavily in thought of how to escape. The blind spot also grows in diameter the farther it is from the head, so Sakura would have been invisible to her for some of the time.

Still Sakura wasn't that far, she was relatively close and even as far as the diameter starts to grow more gap, it can't still be bigger than a human size.

what even bothers me more is Kaguya like Naruto and Sasuke have speed blitz abilities

Yeah, it made no sense whatsoever that Kaguya was so hesitant to move when she was looking right at Kakashi. Maybe she thought he'd disintegrate before reach her or something, however foolish that is.

That's exactly my point, Kaguya sometime didn't activate her byakugan at the most convenient time to use it when she was either attack by naruto and sasuke and even she realize how much a threat Kakashi PS and sakura after obito brought Sasuke to another dimension.

The problem is that with her byakugan she wasn't aware that sakura is coming at her from behind not that she couldn't dodge.

Why am I seeing Kaguya byakugan keeps turning on and off every few second despite she's a god yet Neji was able to use it for long period of time. Does her Byakugan really strained her eyes that badly, I mean she couldn't use it in most of the battle and when she does use it she couldn't react fast enough to evade some of Naruto attack.

Even Sakura managed to land a hit on Kaguya. Why is that?? A normal KKG Byakugan blindspot is 1 degree which is the width of a arrow which mean there's no way that sakura can fit in that blindspot and yet Kaguya wasn't aware she was behind.

In other word, Kaguya Byakugan blindspot has bigger gap. Like really, Kaguya Byakugan Kekkia Mora is like a waterdown version of the Hyuga KKG.

I think its just poor writing as in Kishi used to really focus on the details of his characters abilities but things just got out of hand.
