Neji as Hokage and Naruto as the "Avatar"???

Neji CAN improve, but we've never been given anything in regards to him having potential to be hokage. Shikamaru would be next in line in Naruto's generation, if we're only going off of that. If he's bound to surpass his father, who is the commander of the entire shinobi army at the moment, you think Neji has any chance against him for the role? Asuma also already stated Shikamaru has what it takes to become hokage.

No shikamaru will take his father's spot .

And neji is the strongest out of naruto's age group behind Sasuke and Naruto.. (From the leaf). And also yea Asuma has already stated that... but he is only smart.. He is not even stronger then Chouji... (who is probably the strongest after neji).. But Neji is smart and decisive..he leadership was shown in the movie where he led the squad of Lee, Naruto , Sakura.

Uh the 4th Kazekage was killed when Gaara started going missions as a normal ninja.. And he was being KILLED for being a jinchuriki.. .

Again Neji is a kid.. He doesn't have to be HOKAGe RIGHT NOW.. .nor is Naruto..

Neji is on Par with MS Sasuke.. Again your assuming things because we haven't seen neji fight... And neji i think already has surpassed his uncle. But who knows

His uncle is either strong or same level as Kakashi and Guy.

The point of this is that Neji is suitable to be the next hokage.. Do you think all the hokages were born like Naruto and sasuke and itachi??? turn 16 and you godly powers.. NO..

Tsunade is a prime example.

the HiddenShinobi guy explained it ^.^. Chakra blockingg.. Also even Chouji is on MS Sasuke level.. Ms sasuke is not a big deal anymore.. alot of people are on his level. god.

And also the point is he didn't become hokage because he was a jinchuriki.. But because he deserved it.
