well this is a CQC battle...

Lee can beat Juugo & force him to transform. Neji turns suigetsu into jelly with air palm, bodyblow & chakra palms at his weakpoints.

Neji can then give Lee the sword or just close off his chakra

Lee and Neji about mid diff, possibly mid-high diff.

-Nothing in team Hebi's arsenal are bypassing rotation or touching gated speed.
-Suigetsu still has chakra. Jyuuken merks him.
-Juuga gets pummeled by gets, if people believe Lee can not harm him due to durablity (which he can, he took 2 hits from A and knocked, slightly weaker but multiple hits from gated Lee caves him in) all he has to do is luring him out to Neji's offensive range.

Jugo's Cursed tenkutsu can be so easily closed. Looking at the size of his arm when transformed, and it becomes a little bit hard logistically to see how Neji will strike at his tenkutsu, which require needle like precision.

Furthermore, Neji isn't going to be able to block or parry Jugo's strikes in any way, so dodging is his only bet.

But then there's the good old chakra lasers, which Neji really can't do anything about. So Jugo finish Off Neji

In the other side Suigetsu rape Rock Lee for many reasons..........

Lol Rock Lee has no chance againts Suigetsu due to the matchup Suigetsu stomps
Physical attacks won't do squat to Suigetsu.
And about Jugo and Neji i stated that Neji has no chance againts chakra lasers....

Neji and Lee mid-high diff. Jyuken would still work on Suigetsu's body and jyuken literally would undo Juugo's transformation, like it did to Kidomaru. Asakujaku could also evaporate Suigetsu.
