What's the meaning of Neji helping Kakashi? War Arc 3 tomoe Kakashi is faster, has better reactions, best taijutsu/CQC skills enhanced with unblockable Raiton nintaijutsu (Raikiri, Raiden, Raikiri weapons), better and more versatile ninjutsu, more chakra and physical strength and endurance. Itachi's genjutsu would mean nothing as he had to use Tsukuyomi against Kakashi already back in part 1.
