Yes but we only seen Lee go up only a few gates. Those gates are not enough against butterfly mode and Neij a thinker.

Neji could handle lee at the rate we seen so far. Plus they have the height advantage and range.

If Sakura has the slug it is a totally different chance and Sakura and Lee would take this.
