Black Zetsu despite being so called "mastermind" has a pathetic goal: It's to bring his mother back to life. You can't get more pathetic than that. He is just too obsessed with his mother and his only mission is to revive her. Basically just a devoted fangirl.
Kaguya is also victim of her own greed. She is next tnj victim considering she is already crying just by looking at Sasuke and Naruto.

Madara is actually real villain. Badass that doesn't give a shit.

it's been stated sasuke will be the final villian so idk how that will happen, but kishi always has his ways I still say sasuke will absorb someone or something just saying. Let's be far fetched narusasu destroy BZ, Naruto gets power up from hamura secretly somehow, sasuke feels outclassed now then with the moon arm sasuke absorbs kaguya's power awakening the right eye as a sharinnegan sasuke gains cloak and everything and becomes equal to Naruto they fight it out, Naruto wins cause of plot but is heavily injured, profit
