Negato or madara?

From what you have saw so far, who you think is a better rinnegan user?

i say negato because his justu is devasting! xd

I'd say Madara but then again I love the Uchiha clan and don't really like Nagato. Just my opinion though. By the way awsome sig!

Madara is the true hier to the Rinnegan cuz you need Sharingan to awaken it. Nagato was Uzumaki and didnt have the body of an uchiha were the eye can work at its best. kinda like kakashi and the sharingan. but besides that Madara is mos def a better Rinnegan user not saying Nagato didnt master it. It was Madaras Rinnegan in the first place

id say madara cz nagato lacks mobility...see how easy it was for itachi to dispose of him...unlike madara who can move quickly and use the rinnegan's ability all the time...
