[Question] Negative Rep

What would happen if a user was to reach -5000 rep and get 'User is a DEVIL'? I don't think anyone can get that much - though.
I'm just wondering what would happen after reading Lawliet's FAQ thread about rep levels.
Any ideas?

Would they always end up getting banned? Or a long term ban like for a year?

Nothing special happens. Reaching that level of negative reputation is just a rare form of punishment.​
