I'm not one for long-winded walls of text, so I'll get straight to the point. I'm in need of a senpai who will train alongside me in a reliable and independent manner.

The requirements my senpai must meet:
-Must have mastered at least three elements
-Must of been a member for at least four months
-Be well versed with the Basic 5. You need to know what you're teaching inside out.
-Be reliable and work independently. Provide me with monthly training links
-Train all of their students to the best of their ability
-Have a good online time
-Be a respectful member (not always getting banned/infracted). If you do have a bad track record and you're selected as my senpai, you'll have to refrain from rule-breaking as your behaviour will reflect badly on me.

I don't really battle here, so my time would be spent training. I know i get banned or have got banned to often, but i am cutting my interactions with certain rp mods down to a minimum to avoid this. Your reasons for wanting to become my senpai: I have always seen sempai as a rite of passage one undergoes to become a sensei, as it not only provides invaluable teaching experiences but it prepares one to become a good sensei in the future, since day one that I commenced my role playing career about two years ago exact, I had set out goals which I planned to achieve in my role play career and one of them is to become a sempai and a sensei. I may not be ready to be a sensei right now but I am sure more than ready to be a sempai, to train and teach the young role players and show them through the hoops of the role play helping them mastering their elements in the process. I am a hard worker and fully committed to any thing i set my sights on, and this job if given the chance, would be no different. I have yearned for so long to become a sempai/sensei and to help out to train the new role players and teach them as someone once did for me and hopefully i will finally get the chance. Your reasons for wanting to become my senpai: It doesn't really matter to me whether or not I become your senpai, I just wish to teach for the sake of teaching, I have a good online time and I spend most of that time doing nothing, I would like to occupy my free time with teaching so that others could benefit greatly while I just kill time and enjoy it, I actually would like to teach RP wise for I think that it would be more fun that way, since teaching and learning seems to rather suck these days with all these simple templates which one has to fill out and that's it, that kind of gets monotonous, we are all here to RP and that should be implemented in the training as well, and I will make sure that I implement that in my training should I become your senpai.

Your reasons for wanting to become my senpai: Well its always been my desire to become a senpai, not for the fancy name or all but mainly because I love teaching others and helping who ever I can out. I want to try and be the right type of senpai who will never decline a student, I have plenty of free time so I know I can handle a wide amount of students. I want to be helpful and teach them not only the basic 5 but to be a good RPers, to enjoy the RP itself and to make them better then they can be for the RP. I want to help the RP teaching system and try to develop teaching methods, help out others who need the help without any decline, and being as fair as I can for the training system. I want to gain the experience to also teach beside you as you are my sensei so we can communicate well with one another about the teaching methods. I love the essence of teachings others and I feel great making others happy and if it means by needing to teach them the elements then I'm more then willing to do so. Like I said I have plenty of time towards the day, my GMT is +5. Also to add notes I want to someday become a great sensei to further improve and help others in teaching them so I think this would be great for me to further help me out in gain the necessary experience to become one.

I have plenty experience when it comes to knowing the basic 5, being in many battles and sparm also utilizing different combos and counters I think my knowledge on the basic 5 are on par for becoming a senpai and teaching others who to utilize the elements. But I don't want to simply teach a element, I want to also improves one ability on knowing how to use the elements inside and out, how to battle with the elements to its fullest potential but most of all to have others know that the purpose of all of this is for fun and to enjoy the training, to have fun, and become great RPers.

When it comes to my experience I have been in the NB forums for a good 8 months and the RP close to 6 months. I have never once been banned or I also never got infraction before during my whole time here in the RP and forums. I have a firm sense of fairness, which I will bring to my training if accepted. To be exact on how much hours a day I am on, its various I would say a 5-6 hours weekdays, all day weekends. I will fully commit myself towards the teaching of others, because its basically a passion of mine to teach others.

Your reasons for wanting to become my senpai: Countless times I've said that i wanted to teach people and what not with my free time on NB. Nb is dead af right now, no tournies, no NW fights keeping me busy. So i would have the best online time for teaching, but i won't spoil my students, i would simply give them one-two replies per day. Make them sit and think out the jutsus, instead of just letting them finish an entire rank of an element in an hour. They won't learn like that, also i got some ideas for teaching them that i wanna try out O_O and since you ain't into wallies, I'm just gonna stop here U_U

I've been wanting to teach for a long time. I've been training since September of last year, and was taught by a lot of well-known and skilled RPers. Ever since I was taught, I've always seen all the senpai and sensei helping out around the base, by teaching new members. I believe this is my chance to finally help around the base, by training new members. A lot of people complain about NW and even the RP saying it can't be fixed. I disagree vehemently, I believe that by training the new members properly in how to use, counter, and defend against a jutsu; this would lead to a more enjoyable experience in ninja world and battle arena. I also believe that I would also be able to make training a lot of fun for my students. I think I'm a nice guy, and would treat all my students with respect. Well, I guess that's it. Your reasons for wanting to become my senpai: For about two years (I think), I've been Migualon J.J.'s senpai (on-and-off, depending on whether it was summer, or if he had dropped his sensei-ship once again). Upon Mig's most recent regaining of the "Sensei" title, he told me that I can't be his senpai because (and I quote): "

". And, to be honest, he's right; why aren't I a sensei? Well, just recently I finally mastered Taijutsu, which was what was holding me back from applying before. Recently, I applied to be a sensei, and am currently waiting on being approved/declined, and if approved then I'm waiting to begin my written test. As I wait, however, I have come to a small problem; it has been months since I've trained anyone. This brings me here. I am here looking to be a, hopefully temporary, possibly not-so-temporary senpai under you, so that I can get back into the feel of being a teacher again, and because as I teach, I become more familiar with elements as a whole, so as to help me for the next time I attempt the Sensei Test.

Your reasons for wanting to become my senpaifirst, the reason why I want to be a sempai, is because teaching has always been something I would like to do, the idea of helping new RP'ers find their way through the RP world, seems good for me, making sure they understand every bit of a jutsu so it Isn't used wrongly doing a fight which will lead to arguments, that too I would like to prevent, now why I wanna be your sempai is because you sir are the definition of awesome, and not only because I would like to train new rp'ers and help them go further in their training, but also because I would like to learn from you, I would like to be your sempai, cause I feel like when the time comes for me to take a sensei test, you'll help me prepare for it. Well I would like to become your Sinai because I wanna teach. To pass on my knowledge onto the next wave of rpers. I have some experience teaching as I am a wood shisou. I have been one for three months. Also I have taught multiple students fully and they seems to have a good grip of wood release. And if they have any questions after the training I am always here to answer them and more times than not I have the answer they seek. I have a pretty good grasp on the basics. With konoha having some rookies I usually answer all of their questions. My online time is high. Im usually on all day and would be able to reply to training everyday. This opportunity would help me on my way to becoming a sensei, as one day id like to become one but I don't have all the training required to become one. Sometime in the near future I will take the sensei test but for the time being I am trying to become a senpai.

Your reasons for wanting to become my senpai: I'd like to congratulate you with becoming a sensei and with helping this community very good, with becoming a sensei, helping people out in the RP, teach them and help them growing stronger. I noticed this thread and that you're senpai-less and I'd also love to help out this community (and you). I have and always had a crazy dream to become a senpai, I really want to help out members of the base and this (RP) community by teaching them, and help people growing stronger and I think it'd be really much fun! I'd also try to make the training session a lot of fun, very instructive and not boring at all. I also think that this would help you, because maybe I could take over a few basic 5 students. I hope and think I'm experienced enough to teach members on the base the basic 5. And ofcourse, I'm very motivated!! I've had some battle training, sparred a lot, and I became quite experienced and know enough about the basic 5 after being a long time in Suna, and now being a while in Ame. I'm wondering whether you hopefully want to accept me as your official senpai. I'm trying to become a senpai for a very long time, but I just can't get my hands on it.
Also, I'm kinda getting bored in the RP,because i dont have training to reply to, nor do i really want to battle now, and I want to teach members in the RP, so it'll kill my boredom, and I'll love it.
You shouldn't worry about my online time, because as you know I am almost always online. Even tho sometimes I'm a bit busy with school, most of the time I use my sparetime for NB. Nor should you worry about me, I am a very loyal and respectful NB member, and even try to help out the staff. I even have the NB expose the troll committee. I am reliable and independent enough ^_^
My current goal on NB is becoming a senpai, and that could maybe help me becoming a sensei later on.

Your reasons for wanting to become my senpai: Well, in all honesty im just bored. Iv'e been getting bored as hell with the forum, i really only particpate in the RP forum side of things, the rest doesn't really interest me. With the current RP forum being a bit quiet lately iv'e found myself being bored constantly and wanting something to do. Like every other Rper on here iv'e wanted to teach but im not going to rage on about how its my dream and it's been my goal from the start because it hasn't. Iv'e only recently wanted to become a teacher of sorts, and i think its mostly because i am bored. My average online time is stupidly high and im constantly scrolling through the forum looking for something to do. If i am training i know myself that i will update training daily no matter how many students i have as i have so much time to do it in.

I specilise in Katon and Raiton as both my bio's specilise in those Elements and they are by far my favourite and most used. I think i'd rather enjoy teaching people to love the elements i love as well because they are great elements. I also want to teach because i want to learn, i don't care what anyone says, theres no one currently applying that knows everything about every jutsu, each new student has a different perspectic on every technique you teach them, and when they ask a question about a jutsu that i don't know, not only will it help me to learn more about the techniques i already though i knew about i will alos be able to answer there question, so really i want to learn from my students as well as teach them at the same time. As iv'e spoken to you alot about being a senpai you already know most of my reasons, i don't want to be restricted with my student ammount, i want to be able to never say no to anyone as i know how much of a struggle it was myself being New gen. I'd also look forward in collaborating with you to create the best training we can. I'm not too good at explaining why i want things, so like i said to your earlier, go with your instincts and don't second guess your first choice Lol.

Well, I have RPed here in Narutobase for almost 2 years. I was always a lazy dude, trying to finish battles swiftly and easily. I loved using genjutsu and decapitating foes. In all my NB experience, I've fought the best and got training from the best. Theoretically, I can easily define each and every technique with perfection; it's strength and weakness and it's use.
However, I've been absent for quite a while now, 5 months or so. I've updated myself with rules and such. But, even in my absent time, I have Role-played. I hope to be a senpai because this time in my return, I want to prove myself that I can become a better RPer than I was. I don't have any doubts in my teaching method as I have developed my idea about it for over a year. I want to become a sensei, too. And if you give me this chance I swear to take it to the fullest. The students will not be disappointed and nor you will. I hope to give my very best.

Your reasons for wanting to become my senpai: I see it as a good opportunity to continue to work towards my goal of eventually becoming a sensei. I also want to try to give back to the community since Ive received a decent amount of training I feel obligated to do so as well as I want to. Training new and old members and helping them out is something I've always been interested in. I can promise you dedication, commitment and I won't embarrass you or make you doubt your decision if you choose me. I wanna be a senpai because I wanna help people to start RPing. I had my first training session after 5 months of getting approval for my first bio (and I was very lucky to see Vision's training application in the latest threads box that day).
I don't wanna see people losing hope in RPing before they even start RPing because they can't find someone to teach them.
I also see that it would be great to have duties on NB and I wanna fulfill it correctly since it will be my first title to get in the RP.
