With that, we'll move onto my favourite type of Ninjutsu techniques. Stealth and detection is the art of concealing your whereabouts whilst always knowing the opponent's. It gives you a considerable upper hand since you can still launch attacks, while they squander their time trying to locate you. A true master of stealth can take down opponents much stronger than himself with basic means, whilst a master of detection will never allow himself to be caught off guard or assassinated.

For this training, you will be filling out the below template. Just to clarify, you will still perform the techniques as well as filling out the template. Don't feel too concerned with making every template submission extremely detailed, some jutsus are more straight forward than others. However, for more unique and complex techniques, I expect a substantial level of detail. Also, don't be hesitant to ask questions about techniques. I remember when I was training, I'd sometimes avoid asking questions just so I could learn more techniques with my teacher's next post. I will always answer your questions and provide new techniques to learn, so if anything I encourage asking about things you want to know more about.

Go hide in a bush somewhere, unknown to both me and my clone. When you get to your hiding place, perform the ram handseal before utilizing your chakra to project your voice all over the battlefield. This will give your opponent the idea that you're in multiple locations at once, effectively concealing your true location.

Note: Cannot prevent doujutsu users from detecting them.

Next, my clone is going to attempt to track you via your chakra signature. Utilize your chakra to counteract this, by suppressing your chakra, making it impossible for chakra sensory-type ninja to detect your presence. However, whilst its active you'll be unable to use techniques since your efforts are concentrated on concealing your location. Once my clone realizes its futile to detect your location through chakra sensing, he'll cease the technique and continue his search without. I'll tell you when he does so. When I give you the signal, cancel your chakra suppression technique.

Use your chakra to project an image of yourself in the sky and begin speaking. Divert my clone's attention with this spectacular display.

(Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu) – Haze Clone Technique

Description: Haze clone technique is like the regular clone technique in creating intangible clones, although these clones will let the enemy go through them. The Sharingan can see through the illusions. However these clones cannot cause any damage as they are illusions only.

While he's distracted, swiftly cancel the Tyrant's technique and create a illusionary clone in a distant hiding place, different from the one you're in. Ideally, the location opposite your's so my clone turns away from your location. Make the clone charge at him, giving you a great opportunity to emerge from your hiding place. Whenever he attacks the clone with a technique or Taijutsu/Kenjutsu, his attacks will phase through them and he'll realize its a illusionary clone. Who knows, he might even think its a Genjutsu.

Key Points: The clone cannot use any techniques. Its merely a diversionary tool

Before he attacks your clone, stealthily emerge from your location and use your chakra to silence your movements and footsteps. Have a kunai ready and sneak up from behind my clone before attacking him in a swift manner, dealing a deep slash to the back of his neck, inflicting a fatal blow. Being a low-level technique, this should be easier to perform compared to the rest, so I expect a flawless assassination from you.

I run towards a bush behind you and your clone while you are counting to 10. I gather my chakra and direct it to my hands. Afterwards, I perform the ram handseal to mold my chakra so it can be used for this technique. I release my chakra in the entire terrain. I then whisper a single word "hi" and with my chakra covering the terrain, I enhance the volume of the word in the bushes in front of you, making you think that the word I said came from in front when it was really behind.

I focus my chakra in my body and completely halt the flow*of my chakra, making my chakra stop completely and I slowly diminish it by stopping my chakra to be channeled in my chakra points. I continue this for a few minutes until you give me the signal that your clone had stopped the chakra tracking technique.

I then gather my chakra and release it in the air/clouds in to the side of your clone, but close enough that he can see it in the side of his eyes. I use my chakra to manifest an image of myself in the air, a giant one so that your clone would be facing away from me.

I then gather more chakra and send it in the bush next to mine, with my chakra i form it into a mirage of myself that looks exactly like how i look like. I see your clone attacking my mirage, and as he does this i cover my body with chakra and have my chakra fill in the holes of my steps and having it be like a stepping stone, so that when i walk quickly they will not hear me. When i emerge behind your clone, i use my kunai to slash his back dealing damage and making him poof



(Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique
Combinations you could make with this jutsu: It can be used when you are in a terrain with a bunch of extra items like rocks or buildings. I can be hiding in one of the many props and use this technique to confuse my opponent into thinking where I am. Then, when they're backs are turned, I can attack them behind their back. I can also use bringer of darkness ane when they release from it, I could use this technique to confuse them into thinking I'm elsewhere.

Ways to Counter: Uh, some ninjutsu techniques are supplementary so countering is hard. But, I would try my best to keep my eyes on them and make sure to know where they are by keeping my eyes following their movements so I can see where they hide, and then I won't be affected since I know their position.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): You can use this technique to confuse your opponent into thinking where you are, and if they end up following the voice, you can surprise them with an attack. It can also be used for a lure.

Rate the technique out of ten: 7, its pretty cool but it has no offensive or defensive uses and frankly, it would be hard to fool anyone with it lol.

(Chakra Yokuatsu no Jutsu) - Chakra Suppression Technique
Combinations you could make with this jutsu: This technique would not work against any doujutsu. As for combinations, this would be harder. I guess if I am in a water source, I could simply jump into the water and surpress my chakra while my target looks for me. I then use that water technique that uses your chakra to camouflage with the water. I then would appear behind them, with a weapon catching them off guard.

Ways to Counter: You can easily counter this by using a large scale attack to attack towards the way your opponent is. Because they can't perform any techniques, they won't have any ways to defend against it. And if they do, they will have to show themselves

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): Uh, imo its not as useful because you can't perform any techniques at all. But if I were to use it, I would use it to surpress my chakra if I ever find my way in a hiding spot. Non battle, I guess you can use this to walk into villages while people won't suspect you of being a bad guy, since you have no chakra lol.

Rate the technique out of ten:3, Idk why I gave it a point at all. But this technique deprives you of using any techniques, which is a huge disadvantage for you

(Ninpo: Bōkun Yobidashi no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Tyrants Calling Technique
Combinations you could make with this jutsu: Not much, but I guess I can use it to attract my opponent into a spot I want them to. I can also trick them into thinking that they are under an illusion, which can be useful since if they use kai, they will be wasting a turn. Lastly, if they look towards the projection they can have their backs turned away from me, where I can launch an attack.

Ways to Counter: Hm, simply ignoring it would be a great counter as it does no damage or used for any defensive. But if you really, really do not want to use it I suggest using rain tiger at will so that the clouds and rain can mess up the image. But I do suggest to just ignore it lol.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): For battle oriented, I can use this technique as a diversion to have my opponent look the opposite way where I can strike them and for NW world, if I ever go to a peace mission, I can use this technique to project my image in their village stating that I come in peace.

Rate the technique out of ten: 10! This technique was cool in the movie and I believe it makes for a simple and useful distraction.

(Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu) – Haze Clone Technique
Combinations you could make with this jutsu: I just realized your training post is basically a whole combinations and counters. Lol well I think with this technique I can use it as a diversion to have my opponent attack. With this technique I can have it emerge from the water source or near dangerous places, and the target may believe that it is the real deal so they can attack the clone with the source near the clone, kind of like a lure.

Ways to Counter: Counter, theres nothing to counter since it can only be cancelled with the user. And you can't touch it, so a counter would have to be aiming for the user so they can focus on you instead of creating clones.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): As a diversion, this technique would make a good diversion because it can make the user think it is the real thing and possibly even waste one of their three jutsud trying to destroy the mirage, afterwards they can even try using genjutsu lol, so two techniques can be wasted on a D rank ninjutsu

(Muon Satsujin Jutsu) - Silent Homicide Technique
Combinations you could make with this jutsu: Obviously this technique can be used in conjunction with many things, including weapons and normal jutsus. With you appearing as a surprise, you can use a weapon like kunai or swords to stab or use elemental ninjutsu to fatally injure them. Maybe a genjutsu can be placed before this technique so they will for sure not see you.

Ways to Counter: keeping track of your opponents whereabouts would be a real smart thing to do, and you should do it regardless of the technique they will use. Being a doujutsu or chakra sensor user will be an advnatage so you can sense them before they attack you. After sensing them you can pretend to fall for it and right when they go behind you, turn around and surprise attack them.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): a use of this technique would be simply to appear behind your opponent quickly and with stealth. With this technique the user will be able to deal a devestating blow without the target seeing it.

These next few techniques will focus on detection methods and how to get around them. Focus your chakra and release it outwards to construct a spherical detection barrier around your position, your location being the center point of the barrier. Follow up by using your will to expand to span out in every direction, grasping everything within mid-range of your position. As a result, you'll be capable of sensing anyone which moves inside of the barrier, even the slightest of movements such as a twitch or even a blink.

Key Points: This needs a constant chakra cost to keep active, so relying on this technique for long periods of time can prove to be detrimental. If you need it for a one time activation to detect your opponent, cancel the technique after re-locating your target(s).

(Kekkai Kireme no Jutsu) - Barrier Shatter Technique

Description: The user will insert their chakra into a active barrier to then interfere with the source and cancel the barrier shattering its shell.
Note: Must make direct contact and only works with up to B rank barriers.

Now, I want you to turn your attention to your partner's active barrier and place your hand upon its surface/outer shell. Release your chakra into it and interfere with the source, canceling the the barrier and shattering its shell. This will require you to make direct contact with the barrier in question and will only work on B-Rank and below barriers. That being said, the next technique I'm about to teach you will not be destroyed by this one.

(Kyōkai Kekkai no Jutsu) - Boundary Barrier Technique

Description: This is a detection type barrier that can be used to surround an area and allows the user to monitor a certain area covering the from the sky and underneath the ground creating a sphere.The barrier can also be moved according to the requirements of the user. Anyone who enters or leaves the barrier is instantly detected.
Note: Takes 1 turn to fully erect itself.

For this last technique, you will be constructing a considerably higher level detection barrier. This one works by a slightly different principle, allowing the user to detect anything which breaches its entrance/exit. Focus your chakra and release it outwards to construct a spherical detection barrier around your position, your location being the center point of the barrier. However, this barrier will take a bit of time to erect/construct itself, meaning its more of a precautionary measure if anything. Also, the disadvantage to this one is it only detects anything which breaches the barrier, and not whats residing inside. That being said, it'll only prove to be useful once in battle-type situations.

(Kekkai: Tengai Hojin) - Barrier: Dome Method Formation

Combinations you could make with this jutsu: Combinations with this specific technique would be hard, since it's more of a supplementary technique rather then a offensive or defensive technique. But if your opponent is hiding underground or hiding behind rock and you have no idea as to how you find them, you can use this technique to create an almost invisible dome around you and simply walk around to try to find them. When you detect their presence, you can surprise attack by pretending you haven't found them and attacking with an attack that requires no handseal and that travels quickly, or you can use a genjutsu so they won't see you coming closer.

Ways to Counter: There is really no way of countering this technique, if they use it to expand the sphere to go all around the room. I can also stay away from them by trying to go into long range or as far away as possible so the barrier would not detect me.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): Simply to find where your opponent is. It is a simple and straightforward technique and by finding your opponent, you can procceed with your next attacks without them knowing that you would know their location.

Questions about the technique (Optional): Will the barrier go underground as well?

I gather my normal chakra in my body and release it in the air around me. I release a large amount of chakra in the air, creating a small oval-like boundary around only my body. I then add more chakra, expanding it in every direction so that it would go out to mid-range. I continue to shape it with my chakra to shape it like a larger spear around the area i expanded my chakra to.


(Kekkai Kireme no Jutsu) - Barrier Shatter Technique

Combinations you could make with this jutsu: This is basically for techniques against barriers. If they use the previous technique on me, i would immedietaly activate this barrier so that they wouldn't know where i would be, however, if i activate this there is a chance they can see me so by using a clone or shadow clone, i can have him perform the barrier so that my whereabouts would remain hidden. I would also cancel my clone and my barrier so that i don't burn off too much chakra.

Ways to Counter: Countering this would be either turning off your barrier so that the technique would have no effect on you or if your barrier is really that important to use, then you can keep your opponent distracted with a genjutsu or have him busy with quick and strong attacks.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): Basically to destroy any B-rank or lower barriers so they won't be of any use. This can be useful because some barriers give the users advantage, either barriers to defend or detect you would be able to destroy them and lead them to be useless towards the user.

I look towards Itatchi with his barrier. "Brother, you are evil and i will kill you one day!" I continue on to touch the outside of his barrier, releasing another surge of chakra on the surface and coating the whole barrier with my chakra. I use my chakra to jolt inside the barrier, causing cracks and breaking it.

(Kyōkai Kekkai no Jutsu) - Boundary Barrier Technique

Combinations you could make with this jutsu: This technique in my opinion should be used when your opponent is trying to catch you off guard by throwing smoke bombs, genjutsu, etc. If you use this technique you would know their location and where they are for a split second, so if they are behind you trying to sneak an attack, you'd know where to throw an attack as well. It would be a sneaky trick in your part but it would come with great rewards, since you would know if they breach your comfort zone.

Ways to Counter: Staying close would be a good idea, since most people would rather have a larger barrier to cover a larger field then a smaller one that only covers a smaller area.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): To know where your opponent is and whether or not they've infiltrated your 'comfort' zone. By knowing where they are in the short time they pass through the barrier, you can attack them and catch them off guard since they wouldn't see the barrier.

Lastly, to make sure no one would attack the training session, i release a larger amount of chakra throughout the whole training grounds. I create a barrier around the training ground, with my chakra in the outside of the barrier. I link my chakra with my senses so that if someone steps through it, my chakra will sense it and transmit it to my brain, letting me know where they stepped in.

I don't believe the barrier goes underground. Yes it is visible. As for your question on Genjutsu, it really depends. Is it a Genjutsu which immobilizes or just impairs specific senses ? If you're blinded by Bringer of Darkness, yes you can use a barrier to detect their location and attack them, since in this case the barrier acts as your eyes.

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. Orochimaru uses this to merge with a tree just before his battle with his former student, Anko Mitarashi.

For this next technique, I want you to place your dominant hand on a nearby feature of the terrain (e.g. trees, rocks and etc) before focusing your chakra into it to take on its properties. Similar to the Hiding in Rock technique, attempt to "merge" through it, as if you're phasing directly through it. This can be a good evasion tactic to employ in battle, however if the object/feature you merge with is also directed and destroyed by the attack, you'll be killed also. A good thing to remember. Attack your partner with a few kunai and dodge the kunai thrown towards you using solely this technique.

Key Points: This technique counts as a "Substitution Technique" and so can only be used a limited number of times per battle. Some fights state "No sub/No kai", so watch out for that if you think you're likely to use this technique.

(Meisaigakure no Jutsu) - Hiding with Camouflage Technique

Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user after performing the Tiger hand seal to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be sensed through traditional means.
Note: Technique lasts a total of 3 turns

One of my favourite Ninjutsu techniques hands down. Originally Mu's technique, this technique employs a method similar to Jiriaya's technique which allows him to become transparent. Utilize the Tiger handseal before focusing your chakra throughout your body to control how light inflections are reflected around your body. Divert how light strikes your body so to create a cloaking effect, which makes you invisible to the naked eye. Furthermore, seek to erase your scent and shadow to enhance your hidden presence. However, you'll never be able to use this technique on the level of Mu, as while using this technique he had no form nor chakra, meaning chakra sensors were futile in discerning his exact location.

After you both turn invisible, use your preferred barrier technique to locate your partner.

Key Points: If you use this technique and your Bio isn't Mu, chakra sensors can still locate you. Doijutsu users can still see you too.

(Hiru Banshō: Bōka no Jutsu) - Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique

Combinations you could make with this jutsu: I could perform hiding in mist technique before evading against a technique. After doing that, i would perform this technique to merge with a nearby tree. When my target or opponent expel the mist somehow, they will see that i have left. If they try looking for me, i would wait for them to have their back turned away from me to launch a surprise attack that can potentially kill them. I would have that attack be silent and quick so even if they do hear sounds or notice chakra, i would be able to attack them before they can react.

Ways to Counter: This isn't used directly at you offensively so there is no real way to counter. But if you are talking about finding a way to find your opponent when they perform this technique, then performing the dome method formation technique would be wise because you can sense the movement inside the barrier. When they move to try to attack you, you'd know where they are.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): This technique is used to evade any attacks that are either weaker or attacks that can potentially kill you if you are hit. You can also use this to spy or hide in the NW.

Sasuke sees Itatchi, a few meters away from him standing in front of a tree. He throws several kunais at his brother, and his brother does the same. Sasuke quickly backs off until he hit a nearby tree. He channels chakra throughout the entire tree and throughout his body as well. Now that his chakra matched the chakra of the tree, he slowly turned his body into the properties of the tree and merged his body with the tree.

(Meisaigakure no Jutsu) - Hiding with Camouflage Technique

Combinations you could make with this jutsu: I would use this technique before a surprise attack because it completely hides you. The normal shinobi without any chakra sensing or doujutsu would not see your charka in your body and you can attack them anywhere while not making a single sound as you move so they won't spot you. I would use this technique after i perform a clone. The clone would do the same as well, which would take my three slots. But, i can run around and change my location so when they use barriers or chakra sensing, they won't know the real one.

Ways to Counter: Dome Method Formation would suffice as a counter because if you use this technique, your goal would most likely be to sneak a surprise attack while invicible. With the dome method formation, you can sense the movements that occur within the dome and spot where your opponent is. Then, you can put on an act to fool them into thinking that you have not spotted them and attack them when they are vulnerable.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): This technique is primarily used for sneaking around in the NW. Battle-wise, it would be used to sneak around a surprise attack while being invicable so your opponent wouldn't see what you're doing or what you're up to.

Sasuke feels the kunais hit the tree, but is not as affected or deeply injured. He walks out of the tree to end his merging with it and channels chakra throughout all his chakra points. He uses his chakra and cloaks it around his body. The light that hits his chakra is used to reflect against it. Sasuke manipulates his chakra so the light that reflects his chakra cloak would divert back. Basically, he uses his chakra to use the sunlight and make his body appear invicible.

After Sasuke realizes that his brother disappeared as well, he decided to look for him by using a barrier he learned days ago. He gathers chakra in his body and releases it in the air, shaping it into a sphere around his body. He pumps more and more chakra so that this sphere of chakra would expand and grow in size. After doing so, he fills the whole sphere with chakra so that when the anything moves, he would feel the movement in his chakra. After a few seconds of expanding it, he feels a presence moving.

Its a B-Rank Ninjutsu. Difficult question, but I'm inclined to say no. It can't be used to phase through the opponent's techniques, if they're infused with chakra. Stick to techniques like Hiding in a Rock technique to do that.

If you use any technique with the invisibility active, apparently it will go inactive. Does it count as a full body surge ? For now, assume it isn't one.

Sasuke heard about the next topic, clones and transformations. He was excited and was ready to learn. "Well, sensei. I honestly don't know much about clones and transformations, besides elemental clones. But you will enlighten me, that is your job after all. What i know, or i think i know is that chakra is used for both. Chakra in clones is used to seperate and divide chakra amongst different bodies made of chakra. These bodies will look exactly like you and the amount of chakra they receive is based upon the amount of chakra you have. Some clones, however, are just mirages made of chakra that don't really do much but serves for a distraction. As for transformations, i think that transformations utilize chakra to change their appearance. They put a cloak of chakra in their body or body part and change the properties of that chakra and have it mimic the looks of what you want to transform into. That's all i know, hmph."

For this first technique, I want you to focus your chakra to transform yourself into the following things: Your partner, an inanimate object and finally a small winged creature such as a bird. Bare in mind, you take on all of the characteristics of the person/object/creature you decide to morph into such as weight (Light as a feather) and the ability to fly (if you're a winged creature) but you do not gain your opponent's techniques such as CEs, KGs or anything of the sort. This is almost a purely cosmetic technique.

(Konbi Henge) - Combination Transformation

Sasuke takes his untampered normal chakra in his body and channel it throughout his whole chakra system, making sure to spread it around all his chakra points. He releases these from the chakra points and releases it in his skin. Afterwards, he uses that chakra to change the characteristics of his physical appearance and mimics the appearance of Itatchi. He uses his chakra to change the feature of his face, body, etc. making it sort of like an illusion, but real. "I feel disgusting." Afterwards, he transforms into a rock by using the same chakra and compromising himself with that chakra to have it look like he's tiny and a rock. Lastly, he looks at a bird he saw fly by and copies its characteristics. Once again, he spreads his chakra thoroughly and use it to change the physical appearance of his body, creating wings and such. He flies away and flies back soon after.

(Henge no Jutsu) - Transformation Technique

Combinations you could make with this jutsu:
This technique is pretty awesome, i would use it for supplementary uses like flying away after turning into a bird. I could fly near my opponent and appear near them. They can also mistake this with a genjutsu and possibly waste a move checking their chakra points. I could use this technique to turn myself into objects around the terrain like a rock to keep myself hidden, or even use it as intimidation.

Ways to Counter: I would counter this technique by attacking directly, because it does not really need a counter since the new transformation is still your opponent and there is nothing keeping you from attacking.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): I would use this technique to transform into a bird and travel quickly around NW, or use it to become a spy with a sneaky transformation. I can also use this technique to change into my target, or impersonate someone and take their place, more primarily used on NW.

I then turn back into normal and summon my snake. *summons snake* I summon him under me so that he would rise up and lift me up, his name is manda btw. I take a larger amount of charka and channel it throughout my body and my hands. I make contact with Manda's head and release that chakra into my chakra points and Manda as well. I think clearly of what i want to turn into... Sanbi. I change Manda's characteristics into Sanbi's and i merge with the new transformation. I am now a jinchuuriki xD.

(Konbi Henge) - Combination Transformation

Combinations you could make with this jutsu: This is literally a combination, lol. I would make a summoning like manda to perform this technique on. I would preform a genjutsu, like bringer of darkness, and render my opponents vision useless. Then i would perform this technique while they cannot see and turn into something intimidating, like a jinchuuriki/bijuu. I would turn into Sanbi to intimidate them which would give me an opening.

Ways to Counter: I would counter this technique by destroying the clone or the summoning that they will use to transform with, therefore they would not be able to carry on with their plan. I can also use a transformation as well, to change into something equal in size. Or i can attack regardless of their new form.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): I would use this technique in the NW to summon a large animal and transform it into Sanbi or a jinchuuriki. Or i can use a clone to make a jinchuuriki. The use of this technique is to basically transform into what you want and use that new form to your advantage.

Combinations you could make with this jutsu: I would use this technique quickly to catch my opponent off guard. If they are a guy, i'd make two girls and if they are a girl, i'd make too guys. Right when they see it, i would transform back and attack right away with a fast technique and take advantage of the clone to have it perform a technique as well.

Ways to Counter: Close your eyes. xD. Or just destroy the clone beforehand or attack since it serves as a distraction.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): Not much in battle arena, but it can be used as a distraction in the NW and getting what you want, primarily by distracting the guards or something.
