On the surface it will seem like nothing happened and you will be unaware, but underground the wind will travel through the pores of the earth with great force but silently, the winds will rip anything that is underground by default, and will gather under Sasuke then with a burst the wind will erupt and destroy Sasuke on top of the eruption site cutting them to shreds. (Crutch says it works at all ranges)

As you get shredded by the wind, Obito does the snake sign and channels chakra into the ground to change the ground into a fine sand like dust quality, then uses his chakra to make sand/dust in the ground turn into Hydrophobic Sand, in a short to mid range with a 10 meter radius, while also being Mid Range in depth.

This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.

As Obito stomps his foot to the ground, Sasuke acts cautiously and already starts gathering his chakra as to be prepared for anything, at the moment the wind first appears from the ground, Sasuke releases his chakra from his entire body and causes a multitude of rock to grow from his body in the form of a dense and tough armor, while the wind erupts it would most likely blast Sasuke into the air as it attempts to slash him apart, however the wind has little effect on Sasuke due to the armor and would just blow him upwards. As the wind disperses the armor would as well, assuming a form of regular rock as it falls to the ground. With Sasuke still drifting in the air, he activates his 2T sharingan and then releases a large fireball from his mouth, as the fireball approaches Obito it bursts into a maelstrom of fire, engulfing him in flames.

As Obito sees your fire coming towards him, Obito exhales a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent that hits the fire and continues towards Sasuke. As the water is hitting the fire, Obito runs to his right going 3 meters.

As it starts raining, Obito channels his chakra in the red sand under you and immediately a wave shoots up from in front of you, while in unison to small blades rise up silently behind your ankles. As the wave approaches you the small blades slice through your Achilles tendons leaving you unable to walk. Obito then throws shuriken with wires attach to them and binds you as you start to fall being unable to walk or move.

The user himself doesn't directly touch the tools therefor he is unaffected by the heat of them. While still being airborne after releasing the large fireball, Sasuke forms a Tanuki spirit of earth from beneath himself, The spirit looks identical to the One tailed beast, and is created equal in size and everything. The Tanuki would form as the water bullet and the fireball clashes, and as the water bullet overpowers the fireball, continuing in a weaker state, The tanuki raises both of its hands and arms blocking the water bullet entirely, keeping Sasuke safe and sound. The tanuki then continues and drops both of its paws, attempting to slam Obito into the ground and crush him.
Whilst the Tanuki attacks Obito, Sasuke activates his cursed seal causing the senjutsu chakra of Orocimaru to fuel his own, he meant business, and its time he showed Obito who the true Uchiha was. "You are forcing me to put an end to your life Obito, are you sure that's what you want?"

As Obito watches closely as a giant tailed beast of earth comes down towards him, Obito causes his body to be intangible as the beast comes down on him allowing it to go straight through him and leaving him unharmed as Obito comes up from behind you without you being able to see him since the object would be fill with chakra blocking your view of Obito.

As the transported portions of his body are always obscured by the other objects, Obito appears completely whole to those observing him. By overlapping his entire body with a sufficiently large object, such as the ground, he can not only conceal himself from view, but also erase all traces of his chakra. Obito watches as your body falls down as it would be hard for you to move or breathe due to your organs failing. Obito creates a scythe made out of wind in his left hand and uses it to slice Sasuke's head cleanly off. Obito than picks up the head and starts walking off.

Watching the entire situation with his active sharingan, Sasuke was capable of seeing and differentiated between his own chakra and that of Obito's, a humanly figure of flowing chakra could be seen where Obito stood until the paws and arms of the Earth spirit Tanuki closed in on the ground, suddenly the chakra disappeared and could not be seen where it was a second ago, quickly scanning the are before him, Sasuke saw no trace of Obito's chakra, his only conclusion would be that he either ran, or made his way behind Sasuke, Sasuke quickly turned around looking Obito straight into the face, without much effort he casts Obito within an Illusion, in said illusion Obito sees and believes that suddenly several large snakes emerge from the ground and wraps around Obito's body while also constricting and binding him, in reality, Obito would have be frozen in place unable to stike Sasuke as he had intended.
Sasuke then rips out his chukoto with his right hand and holds it at the very end of its hilt, Sasuke then steps forward while thrusting the tip of his chukoto forward. As the does this he twists his right arm holding the chukot while simultaneously twisting his entire body and back leg in unison in a clockwise formation, creating an incredible piercing power similar to how a drill acts, Sasuke focuses the strike into Obito's chest aiming to strike a tunnel through Obito's chest.

As Obito sees you coming towards him with a sword he goes forward towards you while making his body intangible. You would go right through Obito's body as he is moving forward and turning around so that he is facing your back as you go right through him.

There is a mistake here, Although you are capable of piercing through the genjutsu with your sharingan, the effects of this particular one would still affect you if you don't release it, so basically you would still feel the constriction and thus feel paralyzed but only see through the snakes. The phasing migration would however work I suppose, but you wouldn't actually be able to turn around and execute the rest of your move, but that matters little to me, I will just continue from your move.
As Sasuke thrusts forward and attacks Obito, Obito initiates his phasing technique allowing Sasuke to pass right through him, as soon as Sasuke completely passes through Obito he releases a surge of unfocused electricity from his entire body released a current of electricity that reaches upto short range all around himself, as soon as Obito's body returns to normal the current would hit him and potentially paralyze him. Sasuke then places his left leg and foot before him in a "side ways" manor so that the inside of his foot would face toward him, Sasuke uses his foot as a break while at the same time rotating in a fluid motion so that he could face towards Obito, as Sasuke turns and faces Obito, he punches toward him and releases a large beam of compressed and destructive wind, the beam blasts forward in attempt to completely destroy Obito. As a result of releasing the beam of wind, Sasuke is blown from short range into mid range of Obito and suffers slight damage to his right hand along with some bleeding. Although he is blown backwards, he is still upon the back of the Tanuki spirit and would be about 10 meters away from Obito.
