Need this image transparent and not pixelated

Hey guys I absolutely suck at Graphics so I thought i'd ask for some help here.

Can I have this image made transparent and not pixelated. I would like it very crystal clear.

If you didn't want it pixelated, why couldn't you just ask someone to type this text out and add hearts in the middle?

To "un-pixelate" this, I'd have to retrace the line, which is far more time consuming than what I suggested. Rendering also takes time, which wouldn't happen if I was to type it in Photoshop.

Actually it isn't pixelated when I think about it I just need it transparent. Can you do this?

I can. Although not until tomorrow, so someone else would probably be your best bet if you need it quick.
