So yeah, since I got too deep in manga world, I need a good anime with decent animation and nice/unique story

Another - Some horror with a bunch of people dying; mystery/thriller type thing. Great OSTs too.
Claymore - You still haven't watched this? ;-; :lol
Steins;Gate - Masterpiece.
Mirai Nikki - Decent anime, battle royale style. You'd enjoy it, imo.

I'm going to split this recommendation into must watches (anime that i'd consider putting in my top 10) and decent anime to pass the time.

Must Watches
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann - is in my top 3
Toriko - read the manga, the anime is whack
FMA:B - most people agree that this is a masterpiece
Shokugeki no Souma - manga is great and the airing anime is adapting it really well.
Magi - starts slow but you won't be able to put it down eventually

One Outs - this is what would happen if Light Yagami played baseball

bakemonogatari isn't underrated at all imo, if anything its a little overrated

Watanabe's anime are really good.

- Cowboy bebop (classic, nuff said)
- Samurai champloo (personal favourite out of the 3, very chill and one of the best OST of all time)
- Space dandy (goofiest out of the three but nice animation and its a fun watch)

They are all very episodic so binging them isn't necessary imo just watch them at a steady pace
