Can someone help me out?

I need some pages. Specifically, the one where Danzo says he needs Kabuto to fix his arm, one where Kabuto explains about Kimimaro's body being different from others, which is why he can't heal it (This may be anime-only, I have no idea). And also, the one where Orochimaru gives Kabuto the chance to betray him (This should be in between the Prelim's and the Chunin Exam tournament.)
